murmurings from the mind of Michael Thiele

Join me on my adventures as I share stories, art, and travel

Introduction

Not every born storyteller writes, but Michael Thiele — creator, dreamer, music maker, traveler, brother, friend, and our father, has been sharing his stories with the world for years. I recall him holding up the checkout line at the grocery store when I was five, telling the clerk and the customers behind us about dodging turtles while driving across a Texas highway one spring. The connection to checkout? The clerk had a “Save the Turtles” pin on her shirt. Our dad can’t help himself; this is how he connects with the world. A little over two years ago, Michael began putting his thoughts, adventures, and original stories to paper. Stories are the fabric of humanity, so it seems only fitting that he has a place to share his with others.

Thank you for taking the time to explore Words With Abandon. We invite you to leave a comment, and if you enjoy what you read, please follow, like, or share this blog, Michael, and Hardwood Music Company on social media.
